My family and I had such a lovely experience at The Cottage Cafe while on vacation! Our server was wonderful, and the food was delicious. They also have a separate tea menu (which you might need to ask for) with a wide variety of options—from English favorites to unique blends and more obscure varieties. Between sharing with my mother and sister and going back to the cafe a second time, I was able to try 5 different teas and they were all delightful! Definitely take a peak at the pastries too—everything we ordered was divine. My favorites were the flourless chocolate cake and the sweet milk oolong, but I think it would be hard to go wrong with the pastries, and there’s a tea for everyone on the menu! I’d highly recommend a visit to the cottage cafe for a fun little tea party experience!

There are many awards hanging on the wall and for good reason. This place served some delicious eats. The staff are great and we were only in town for a few days and we went here twice! The perfect breakfast/brunch place in town. And it seems like they have no shortage of covers everyday.

15/10 must to while in Bluffton!! The food is phenomenal, portions are plentiful, staff is so sweet, and the environment is perfect!! We enjoyed the tomato pie, turkey brie sandwich, and a power salad. All were delicious!

Really cool place . The hostess was very nice and welcomed us with a nice smile. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. The food was great and our server Hector gave great recommendations. The hamburger was very tasty. Only problem was I didn't leave room for one of those great looking desserts my fault . Next time traveling this direction a stop here is on the agenda. Thanks to the staff for a great lunch. Love the cat.

Had the caveman pancakes (which were amazing) but the bacon sausage scramble was also AMAZING! Super cute spot in Bluffton. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend. Had the Confederate Rose mimosa on a Sunday afternoon. Great spot!

This place lived up to the reviews and the pictures I saw. Even coming here on a cool and rainy day, it was still very pleasant being here. Loved that this place was basically in an old home that had been in the area for years. It felt very homey eating out on the porch. I loved the OJ and the Staff Favorite "May River Sunshine" cocktail. It was exactly what I needed that early afternoon. Now, the reason I'm not giving them 4 on service was due to one error or maybe misunderstanding. Me and my sis were told the special salad of the day included blackened Salmon among the other ingredients. However, upon the plate being delivered I was like this is pretty but doesn't look like any salmon was included. Despite this, I found the food to be absolutely delicious. It was "the" best meal of my trip. Everything on the plate, despite being chaotic looking, was seasoned to perfection. Give them a try and don't forget to go inside and take home some baked goods

Haven’t had a bad thing. The food is enlightened and the service is efficient. Fantastic shrimp and grits and fun cocktails.

The chef here is superb. We came from Hilton Head to try the Sunday-only brunch and we were blown away! The Gumbo is a true Louisiana rue, the shrimp and grits are AMAZING and the poached eggs are perfect. The dessert case will make you salivate as well. Do yourself a favor and DON'T MISS THIS. We sat inside a back room and it was VERY cold in December but the food made up for it.
